Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rainymoon. By booking a session, class, or event with me (Cat), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

I offer a range of wellness services including tarot readings, mindfulness/meditation sessions, yoga-style sessions, baby massage and yoga classes, life coaching, and values-based therapy. These may be delivered in person in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, or online.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via my website, booking platform, or by contacting me directly.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • For online sessions, payment must be cleared before the session begins.

  • Prices are clearly stated on my website and may be updated from time to time.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed classes or no-shows.

 

4. Group Classes & Courses

  • For block bookings and subscriptions, missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried forward, but I will do my best to offer alternative options where possible.

  • Please arrive on time for in-person sessions to avoid disruption.

 

5. Wellbeing Disclaimer

  • My services are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and wellbeing.

  • They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

  • Always consult your GP or healthcare provider before starting any new wellness practice, especially during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or if you have health conditions.

  • For baby massage and yoga: you are responsible for ensuring your baby is fit and well enough to attend.

 

6. Tarot & Coaching Disclaimer

  • Tarot and life coaching are tools for self-reflection and guidance.

  • They do not predict the future, and I do not claim to offer fortune-telling or medical/legal/financial advice.

  • Any decisions you make following a session are entirely your responsibility.

 

7. Liability

  • I am fully insured for the services I provide.

  • I cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or outcomes resulting from participation in classes or sessions. Please listen to your body (and your baby’s needs) and participate mindfully.

 

8. Online Sessions

  • For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  • I cannot take responsibility for poor connectivity, but I will always do my best to reschedule if there are issues.

 

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Please see my Privacy Policy for details on how I handle your data.
