I am able to offer life coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals and begin in prosper in whatever YOUR individual definition of success is.
As a life coach, I am able to assist you to build new habits, learn stress management techniques, achieve a long-standing goal, succeed at business and career goals and master time management to help you achieve your goals, personal freedom and ultimate happiness.

Ever since I had my own life coach in 2021, I realise and appreciate the importance of another individual who supports, rallies and pushes you to achieve your goals, all in line with your own personal values. My life coach gave me purpose, structure to my life and inspiration and I am forever grateful for her help as it brought me to my highest self. I believe living a values-based life is the key to ultimate freedom and now is my time to give back and help others achieve the same.

Where do sessions take place?
Wherever you are in the world! I can do sessions over video call, or in person from my log cabin in West Wales.

How soon can you do the session?
The online booking system is live and will show you my availability.

What do I need to do before a session?
​Think about what you would like to achieve the session and the broader goals you would like to work towards. Your goal may be grand, like setting up your own business, or may be feelings based like mine was, which was "I want to feel like I am in holiday every day!"
I would also encourage you to have pen and paper or a your journal handy to make notes.

How much does a session cost?
I would recommend a free 15 minute consultation, either in person or online, to ensure that we are compatible and answer any questions you may have.

What kinds of things do you cover in your life coaching sessions?
I would recommend a 20 minute free consultation where we would discuss your goals and this will give me the opportunity to have a glimpse into your life.

Many people have only societal confined definitions of success and I would encourage that we explore your personal ideas of success and build goals around your own values. The sessions will be around building new habits, learning stress management techniques, work to achieve goals and mastering time management.
​
I often incorporate mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) into sessions.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?
I respect that life can sometimes get in the way, so if you need to cancel, I ask that you give me as much notice as possible. Charges may apply if within 24 hours of the booking. Thank you for understanding.
